Purchasing and Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. 

Can I buy a gift card

Absolutely! We have them available in multiple amounts. When you purchase a gift card from our site, you'll receive an email that includes all the information needed to redeem it. The gift card will be sent to you via email and will contain instructions on how to use it at the checkout. Our gift cards do not have any processing fees and can be redeemed on our website or at our Soap Studio.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

Our Subscribe and Save purchasing option provides perpetual discounts on all our products. Additionally, you can maximize your savings by subscribing to our newsletter located at the bottom of our website. This way, you'll be the first to know about occasional sales and promotions throughout the year.

How does my order ship? 

Orders are shipped either via UPS, USPS or FedEx and the carrier will provide an estimated arrival date once you receive a notification of shipment from us.

Where will you ship?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.  Please note that any shipments traveling outside the US will have additional brokerage and import / taxes due when the package crosses the border.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to estimate fees in advance of shipping.

How does Subscribe and Save work?

With our Subscribe and Save feature, you'll get a discounted rate on every product you subscribe to and enjoy the convenience of regular deliveries or pick up without the need to re-order. Simply choose your desired products, select a purchasing interval that suits your needs, and your good to go.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. There are no obligations and you can cancel you subscription at any time. Simply login to your Idaho Soap Company account and select the cancel subscription option.

If you do not have an Idaho Soap Company account, you can cancel your subscription through the link you receive in each subscription email. Please note that this link is managed by Seal Subscriptions, the company we utilize to power our subscribe and save features.

Do you automatically charge me?

Yes, you will be charged automatically when your next order is due.

How do I manage my subscription?

We highly recommend creating an Idaho Soap Company Account in order to quickly and easily manage your subscriptions and view past orders. If you already have an account, simply login to manage your subscription.

You can change your email address, edit your shipping information, change the subscription interval, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, skip future orders, pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription.

If you do not wish to create an Idaho Soap Company account with us, you can still manage your subscription through the link you receive in each subscription email. Please note that this link is managed by Seal Subscriptions, the company we utilize to power our subscribe and save features.

Are all your products handmade?

Except for a few accessories, all items on our website are handcrafted by Nathan and our incredible team.

We also love partnering with local small businesses for items that enhance our products, like our handcrafted wooden soap dishes made by a talented local woodworker and baseball coach.

Is there a list of ingredients?

Absolutely, you'll find a comprehensive ingredient list on every product page.

Our product labels always contain a complete list of ingredients as well.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We do not participate in any animal testing.

Do your products contain palm oil? 

Yes, all of our soaps are made with a base of sustainable palm oil.

We strived to be intentional in our purchasing of palm oil and it's impact on our environment. In April of 2021, we began requiring that our suppliers responsibly source and fully comply with the RSPO criteria.

Are your products nut-free?

No. We use almond oil in many of our products. Additionally, coconut oil is a key ingredient in most of our products.

Are your products vegan? 

We prioritize vegan options, but there are a few products that include beeswax, honey, or goat milk.

Are your products gluten-free?

The only products in our line that include oats is our Oats n' Honey collection, however we utilize gluten free oats.  The remaining products should be gluten-free. That said, we are working in a production space where there is the possibility of cross-contamination. 

Do you offer unscented products?

Yes, The White Clouds soap is unscented.
